Auriel Gems & Jewels – Return & Exchange Policy

At Auriel Gems & Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of our products and are happy to assist with returns or exchanges, when applicable.

Return Policy – Diamond Products

We offer:
  • 2-day return window for refunds.
  • 10-day exchange window for product exchanges.
Conditions:
  • Damaged/Tampered Orders: If your order appears damaged or tampered during delivery, refuse to accept the package and notify us immediately with your Order ID.
  • Change of Mind: If you simply do not like the product, log into your account (with the same email used for purchase) and initiate a return or exchange. We’ll arrange a free doorstep pickup.
  • Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds: Initiated within 4–7 business days after the item reaches our Pune warehouse.


Orders with Offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2):

  • Full order returns are required for a refund.
  • Partial returns/exchanges are not allowed.
  • Buy 1 Get 1 products are not eligible for exchange.

Partial & Full Returns

  • Partial Returns: You will receive store credit in your Auriel Wallet, usable for future purchases.
  • Full Returns:
    • Prepaid Orders: Refunds credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
    • COD Orders: Refunds issued via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after receipt, upon submission of valid bank details.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
  • Doorstep pickup will be arranged once you raise a request from your account.
  • After successful quality check, the replacement/ exchanged product will be delivered within 5–7 working days</strong? .
  • Customized products are non-exchangeable.
Price Difference Handling:
  • Higher-value exchanges: You’ll receive a coupon code equal to the original product value to place a new order.
  • Lower-value exchanges: Difference refunded via credit note.
Note: Return/exchange of an already exchanged product is not permitted. No additional discounts apply to exchanged orders.

Important Notes

  • 📹 Unboxing Video Required: Mandatory to claim any missing/damaged/wrong product.
  • 🎁 Gift Boxes are Non-Returnable.
  • 💳 Store Credit Usage: Store credit is valid for maximum two uses per order.
  • 👑 Luxury Sets: Return/exchange request within 24 hours of delivery only.
  • 🎁 Free Gifts: Must be returned with the main product.
  • 🏢 Walk-in Returns/Exchanges: Allowed only with a prior appointment.
  • 🎉 Promotional Offers (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1): Full set return/exchange only; partial not allowed.
  • 📦 Missed Pickup: You must self-ship the product.
  • 💵 Refund Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 4–7 business days after your product reaches our Pune warehouse.

Return Eligibility Restrictions

Returns/exchanges are not applicable for:
  • Physically damaged items
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery (except specified timeframes)
  • Customized or made-to-order items

Partial Returns & Discounts

Returning part of a bulk discounted order? The refund will be recalculated based on the remaining items.

Proof of Return

Keep your return receipt (physical or digital) for proof in case of shipment loss.

How to Request Return/Exchange
